Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bimsta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Bimsta provides a browser-based BIM authoring tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Bimsta.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe our systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
  • Access or interact with the service via automated means, including AI agents, bots, or scripting, without our prior written consent

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all drawings and models you create. By using Bimsta, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan is subject to usage limits (1 project, 1 design) and a fair usage policy covering storage, traffic, and compute. We reserve the right to enforce these limits or suspend free accounts that exceed them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for using outputs from Bimsta responsibly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimsta's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount of your last payment made to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
